We are excited to announce our next guided walk will be a double whammy! Due to a hectic schedule in March we will be offering two days.. back to back.. on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th April!
We will be running a ‘challenging’ route on the Saturday. A fantastic 14.5km walk (9 miles) taking in the spectacular Kinder downfall and the highest point in the Peak District. Followed by a ‘moderate’ easier going day on the Sunday, a 10.5km (6.5 miles) circular starting in the bustling hub of Castleton, up to the summit of Mam Tor then following the ‘great ridge’ around to Lose Hill, taking in the panoramic views across the Hope and Edale valleys. For more information on the walks and to book your place click here.
Each day can be booked individually; the Saturday ‘challenging’ walk £12, the Sunday ‘moderate’ walk £10 or both days can be booked at a discounted rate of £20.
We will be camping at Coopers Field Campsite in Edale on the Saturday, so for anyone wanting to do both days, why not book in too or contact us and we will be more than happy to recommend other accommodation options.
This is a great opportunity to get out for the weekend and enjoy some spectacular views in the Peak District. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Also, don’t forget our “Discover the Pennines” walking weekend in June. We only have one room left. Click here for more information.
